– transfers information –

Remember that BSWCongress offers direct transfers from Sevilla airport and Sevilla train Station to the hotel venue. Exclusive for event attendees.

How to find the transfers:

– Airport T1 –

Once you have all your luggage, leave the baggage claim area to find the stairs taking you down to level 0
At level 0, follow the signs to “DISCRECIONALS” and look for platforms 20 to 33.
Our BSWCongress Team will be there waiting for you.

If you have your ticket but your plane is delayed or you can’t be on time, go to the bus meeting point and we will try to fit you on the next bus (we can’t guarantee that won’t be full but we have opened some more spots). If you can’t fit, you’ll get your bus ticket refund by emailing us after Monday.

If you haven’t bought your ticket, you can come to the meeting point but we can’t guarantee the spot. If the bus is not full once everyone joined, you will be able to travel by the bus and pay your ticket in cash at your arrival.

– Airport T2 –

In case you arrive at Terminal 2, there is a free shuttle that will take you to Terminal 1.

IMPORTANT:
Don’t get out of the bus at the first stop once you arrive to Terminal 1 (“Departures”) wait until the next one (“Arrivals Terminal 1”). This way you’ll find our busses right in front of you and you won’t have to cross the terminal through the bulding

Leave Sants Station following the signs for “Plaça de Joan Peiró” and the bus stop will be at your right.

1. SEVILLA AIRPORT – BUS STATION
Take the EA bus from the airport to the Sevilla bus station (PLAZA DE ARMAS STATION).
